The “A la carte Menu” is rich and sophisticated: the incredible sea bass ceviche with ginger, vanilla and Jerusalem artichokes makes for a tantalising and classy starter, alongside the complex and uplifting notes of the house’s best white wines. I love also the Scallops with Smocked Cauliflower purée so subtil.

Entrées include a masterfully prepared veal chop, skillfully sliced right in front of the diner in the best Curnonski tradition and served with as sides of “zucchine fritte” and mashed potato with Parmigiano.

The dinner ends with the distinctive aroma, flare and flavour of the house’s crepes Suzette, prepared directly on the table using the flambé technique. All desserts are little masterpieces.
